Lilac Tree Hotel Mackinac Island

Lilac Tree Hotel

The Lilac Tree Hotel Mackinac Island has 39 suites ranging from the Deluxe Balcony Spa to the Island Queen Suite. All suites are roomy, air-conditioned, have premium bedding and televisions. The Balcony suites have a private balcony overlooking Main Street. These offer a great view for special events like the annual Lilac Parade.

This is an all-suite hotel that offers full spa services. Their spa menu includes massages, body wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures. They recommend special packages which combine a combination of treatments. The packaged deals provide a savings! However, if you only have an hour, try the deep tissue massage. It is oh so relaxing and will energize you for the rest of your Mackinac Island stay.

The suite setup is ideal for families. Tuck the children in and watch the activity on Main Street from your balcony or enjoy a movie on HBO in the separate living room area. All guests can look forward to the nightly turn-down service complete with Oreo cookies and milk.

Lilac Tree Hotel

Although there are no on-site restaurants, the central location of this hotel puts everything within walking distance.

The Chippewa Hotel, with a beautiful waterfront location, is a sister property and will be happy to welcome you to the Pink Pony for all your dining needs. Eat, drink and visit with friends while you watch freighters passing through the Straits of Mackinac and all the action at the Marina. You will also be able to unwind on the Chippewa Hotel's sun deck and enjoy a relaxing dip in the 25-person hot tub.

Lilac Tree Hotel reservations can be made by calling (906) 888-847-6575.

Insider Tip: There are many special events during the Island’s summer season so be sure to ask if there will be a parade while you visit. If so, splurge on a balcony room for a magnificent front row seat. Don’t let the parade pass you by!
