May Recipe...Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups

Even men love this tasty hors'deuvres. In fact, Kathy thinks this is delightful with a hot bowl of soup too.

Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups


3 oz. pkg cream cheese

1 Tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 tsp prepared mustard

1/3 cup chopped stuffed olives

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp onion powder

4 thin slices boiled ham


Mix together, spread on ham, roll up, insert toothpicks and slice into bite size servings.
